Adding Noty Application

To use Noty for Zoom you’ll need to complete 2 important steps:

1. Sign up for Noty

2. Enable Noty integrations with Google Calendar and Zoom

3. Enable integration between Google Calendar and Zoom

Signing up for Noty

1. Go to app.noty.ai

2. Choose Google account sign up or email registration

3. Proceed with the next steps of the registration:

   • Give us consent for data sharing

   • Provide some information about your work

   • Enable integrations (Google Calendar and Zoom)

   • Create Workspace

Enabling Noty integrations with Google Calendar and Zoom:

If you haven’t done it during registration, do the following:

1. Sign in to Noty app.

2. Click on the settings in the left panel.

3. Go to the Calendars tab and click Sync with Google Calendar.

4. In the pop-up, give your permission to the integration.

5. Go to the Integration tab and toggle the switch next to Zoom.

6. A list will appear above. Pick the conversations you want Noty to transcribe (e.g., all calendar events with video call link).

Enabling integration between Google Calendar and Zoom

1. Sign in to Zoom in the browser.

2. Go to your profile.

3. Scroll down to Calendar settings, and click on Configure Calendar and Contacts Service.

4. In the pop-up, click on the Google Calendar icon, and proceed with sign-up and permission granting.

5. Tick the box with See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars.

Removing the App
