How to Join Meetings Directly
from Noty.ai Platform

Now you can jump to any meeting directly from your Noty.ai dashboard. This brings a lot of benefits to your workflow and overall productivity. Convenience is key in a fast-paced work environment, and this new feature certainly adds to it.

How does it work?

  1. Log into Noty.ai and navigate to your workspace. Here you can see your calendar, tasks, and meetings all managed from a single dashboard, so you get a consolidated view of your day or week ahead. Now, go to Dashboard tab:

Setting a primary workspace is important as all your conversation transcriptions will be stored there. If you need to store certain conversations in the workspace that is not your primary, you need to change the settings.

Important: For users on Pro plan, primary workspace is assigned by default. It's the paid workspace on your account.


Keep in mind that you need to change your primary workspace before the meeting that you want to store in another workspace. To assign a primary workspace, follow these steps:

1. As you sign in to the Noty.ai application, the primary workspace will open by default. In the left menu panel, click on your current workspace name. In the drop-down list, select the workspace that you want to make primary:

Here you can see all of your past and upcoming meetings. Let's see what you can do to manage these meetings.

Managing past meetings

Here you can view the complete meeting transcript and generate the  list of participants and get the meeting notes and transcript. You can also:

  • Send email follow-ups

  • Generate t-do lists, set up deadlines and tag assignees

  • Ask AI to write cohesive summaries

  • Add your meeting to a folder to share with your teammates or with organisation purposes

Upcoming meetings have a red calendar icon next to the meeting time. Never miss a meeting again!

Directly opening meetings from a dashboard eliminates the need to navigate through multiple platforms or software, which helps save time. Quickly switching from task management or note-taking to attending virtual meetings can foster better communication and collaboration. 
Tip: Switching between different platforms for various tasks can be mentally draining. A unified dashboard that allows you to open meetings directly reduces this cognitive load, helping you maintain focus and mental clarity. 

Keep in mind that the number of conversations stored in your Workspace depends on your subscription. Make sure to upgrade your plan to retain access to your conversations and work seamlessly with your team.
