As of now, Noty.ai doesn't have any specific system requirements or third-party hardware dependencies. Our platform is designed to be accessible from a wide range of desktop computers with internet connectivity.

A modern computer with a recent operating system (Windows, macOS, Chrome OS) and a standard web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) will provide seamless access to Noty.ai meeting transcription and AI summarization functionality.

We prioritize accessibility and usability, ensuring that our platform is accessible to users regardless of their hardware setup. This approach allows our users to collaborate and engage in meetings efficiently without worrying about hardware compatibility issues.

Third-Party Hardware Considerations

Noty.ai doesn't require any specific third-party hardware beyond a standard computer setup.

However, if you plan on using features like speaker identification or advanced audio recording, a high-quality microphone might be beneficial.

Additional Tip:

Internet bandwidth: A stable and relatively high-bandwidth internet connection is crucial for smooth operation, especially for real-time features.

Setting a primary workspace is important as all your conversation transcriptions will be stored there. If you need to store certain conversations in the workspace that is not your primary, you need to change the settings.

Important: For users on Pro plan, primary workspace is assigned by default. It's the paid workspace on your account.


Keep in mind that you need to change your primary workspace before the meeting that you want to store in another workspace. To assign a primary workspace, follow these steps:

1. As you sign in to the Noty.ai application, the primary workspace will open by default. In the left menu panel, click on your current workspace name. In the drop-down list, select the workspace that you want to make primary:
