Here's a breakdown on how to change your account email address with a temporary workaround involving adding a new email and making it the admin.

Here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Access Your Workspace Settings: Log in to your account and navigate to your workspace settings.

  2. Invite Your New Email Address: Within the workspace settings, locate the option to invite new users.

  3. Enter Your New Email and Assign Admin Role: In the invitation window, enter your new desired email address. Crucially, ensure you select the "Admin" role when assigning permissions to this new email.

  4. Accept the Invitation: Check your new email inbox for the invitation from Click on the invitation link to accept and complete the account creation process for your new email address.

  5. Log In with New Email: Once you've accepted the invitation, log out of your account and log back in using your new email address and the password you created during the invitation process.

  6. Remove Old Email (Optional): If you no longer need your original email address associated with the workspace, you can now remove it. Within the workspace settings, locate your original email address and find the option to remove it.

    Note: Only proceed with this step if you're certain you don't require access with your original email address.

Setting a primary workspace is important as all your conversation transcriptions will be stored there. If you need to store certain conversations in the workspace that is not your primary, you need to change the settings.

Important: For users on Pro plan, primary workspace is assigned by default. It's the paid workspace on your account.

Keep in mind that you need to change your primary workspace before the meeting that you want to store in another workspace. To assign a primary workspace, follow these steps:

1. As you sign in to the application, the primary workspace will open by default. In the left menu panel, click on your current workspace name. In the drop-down list, select the workspace that you want to make primary:
