How to Send Meeting Follow-Ups

Noty provides a comprehensive summary of the meeting, including key discussion points, action items, decisions made, and any important insights shared during the session. This ensures that all attendees have a clear understanding of what was discussed and what needs to be done next.

There are two ways of sending meeting follow-ups, and we will examine them both in this article.

How to Prepare Meeting Follow-Ups

You can send the meeting follow-up by navigating to the Summary tab.


Setting a primary workspace is important as all your conversation transcriptions will be stored there. If you need to store certain conversations in the workspace that is not your primary, you need to change the settings.

Important: For users on Pro plan, primary workspace is assigned by default. It's the paid workspace on your account.


Keep in mind that you need to change your primary workspace before the meeting that you want to store in another workspace. To assign a primary workspace, follow these steps:

1. As you sign in to the Noty.ai application, the primary workspace will open by default. In the left menu panel, click on your current workspace name. In the drop-down list, select the workspace that you want to make primary:

Copy the meeting summary by clicking the Copy button:

How to Send a Meeting Follow-Up

You have three options for sending the follow-up.

  • First, you can send the follow-up via Noty platform.

  • Second, you can send it via Gmail using the Noty integration (the new Gmail tab will open).

  • Third, you can send the follow-up via your own email client (your computer's email client will open)

    You can also edit the list of recipients of the follow-up email. If using Gmail or your own system email client, you can also add third parties to the list of recipients.
