How to Submit a Feature Request
Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your ideas for improving Noty.ai! Submitting a feature request on Noty.ai is easy! Here's how you can do it:
- Visit the Noty.ai homepage and navigate to top horizontal menu > Resources > Request a feature.
- Click on the feature request form and fill out the required information.
- Clearly explain the feature you'd like to see implemented and how it would benefit your workflow or team.
- Be as specific as possible about the functionality, potential user interface elements, and any desired integrations.
- The support team will forward your suggestion to the product development team.
- You may receive updates on the status of your feature request via email or notifications within the Noty.ai platform.
Here are some additional tips for submitting a feature request:
- Do Your Research: Briefly check their website, support documentation, or social media to see if your desired feature has already been requested or addressed in their roadmap.
- Provide Details (if possible): If you have sketches, mockups, or even basic wireframes to illustrate your feature idea, including them can strengthen your request (you can add them in chat).
Setting a primary workspace is important as all your conversation transcriptions will be stored there. If you need to store certain conversations in the workspace that is not your primary, you need to change the settings.
Important: For users on Pro plan, primary workspace is assigned by default. It's the paid workspace on your account.
Keep in mind that you need to change your primary workspace before the meeting that you want to store in another workspace. To assign a primary workspace, follow these steps:
1. As you sign in to the Noty.ai application, the primary workspace will open by default. In the left menu panel, click on your current workspace name. In the drop-down list, select the workspace that you want to make primary:
