Copy the meeting Summary and make necessary edits as needed. Enter the Summary into the message field Body:
You can edit the list of follow-up message recipients. To remove any recipient, click the "trash can" icon next to their email:
Once you are happy with the follow-up message, choose the sending method. You can send the follow-up:
Directly from Noty,ai (this way, it will be sent to your workspace members only)
Open in Gmail: send using the traditional Gmail interface
Open in system email sender: use the pre-configured email agent on your computer.
Keep in mind that the number of conversations stored in your Workspace depends on your subscription. Make sure to upgrade your plan to retain access to your conversations and work seamlessly with your team.
