Meeting Summaries: Manual and Automatic

Noty analyzes conversation threads, identifies key points, and compiles them into concise summaries. You can review them at any time to refresh your memory or share them with team members who couldn't attend the meeting.

Free users can generate meeting summaries in their meeting dashboard. For Noty Pro users, Noty.ai automatically generates summaries of your meetings using advanced AI algorithms (GPT-4).

Meeting Summary Language

Meeting summaries are generated in the language of the meeting transcript, therefore, you can obtain summaries in 18+ languages available at Noty.ai

Meeting summaries are easily accessible within the Noty.ai platform:

Setting a primary workspace is important as all your conversation transcriptions will be stored there. If you need to store certain conversations in the workspace that is not your primary, you need to change the settings.

Important: For users on Pro plan, primary workspace is assigned by default. It's the paid workspace on your account.


Keep in mind that you need to change your primary workspace before the meeting that you want to store in another workspace. To assign a primary workspace, follow these steps:

1. As you sign in to the Noty.ai application, the primary workspace will open by default. In the left menu panel, click on your current workspace name. In the drop-down list, select the workspace that you want to make primary:

Highlights and Action Items

Meeting summaries highlight important discussion points, action items, decisions made, and any follow-up tasks assigned during the meeting. This ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding next steps and responsibilities. The summary includes:

  • A meeting resume listing the participants and the main topics of the conversation.
  • Summaries of the main topics discussed.
  • Actionable steps summarizing what was agreed upon during the meeting.

Integration with Collaboration Tools

Noty.ai integrates seamlessly with popular collaboration tools like Gmail. This allows you to share meeting summaries directly within your team, keeping everyone informed and aligned.

There are two ways to share a meeting summary. First, you can click on the "paper" icon to copy a summary and send it via a messenger or email.

Alternatively, to share a meeting summary via Gmail, click Summary > Share Summary.
